Product & Funding Research

The consultant will research customized products and/or funding sources available to the client to reduce the construction/renovation costs.

The client will receive copies of the findings and/or websites if applicable.

Full Design Package (2 room maximum)

$ 350    

The consultant will provide:

1. Home Evaluation & Report  

2. Product and Funding Research 

3. Design Suggestions and Organized Report Binder

    To include (for up to 2 rooms):

      - a comprehensive written report

      - pictures and essential measurements

      - creative solutions, possible short & long-term goals

      - preliminary 3-D design suggestions 

4. FaceTime or Google Hangout, if necessary, 

        to include all of the parties involved in

        the brainstorming and decision-making process.

5. Up to 2 hours of free design changes (additional hours

        are available at $35 per hour)

Large Remodels (3+ rooms) and New Construction Package

(Base Design Rate of $350 for the first two rooms, after which a rate of $35 per additional hour of service will apply)

The consultant will provide:

* Client-Contractor Liaison Services

The consultant will act as a liaison between the client and the contractor (of the client's choice) to explain the decisions made by the client and work with the contractor to maintain safety standards and help fulfill the client's wishes.

*A total of 2 hours of FREE client-contractor liaison services is available to a client purchasing a Package costing $350 or more. 

If the client would like the liaison services to extend beyond the 2 free hours, the consultant would be happy to continue the service at the rate of $35 per additional hour. Clients will be notified when they have reached their two hour maximum, so that they can decide whether or not they wish for the services to continue at the rate listed above.

Professional Presentations & Event Planning

Presentations for Professional Organizations and Corporations are available. We organize presentations and events to provide Staff Development, Employee Support, and Continuing Education Opportunities (See Events and NAHB Courses).  The fee schedule is dependent upon the services provided.  Contact us for more details.

- 50% at contract signing

- 50% when services have been rendered
